1800 is powerful cap so you can only do pinnacle reward sources from 1800 and up

fastest way to get to 1800 is to do legendary campaign (which gets you to 1770) and then doing powerful rewards until 1800

@cinder raven yeah, I got to 1800. I have weapons that are actually 1802, 1802 and 1803, but just really didn't know how to even out. I am trying to prepare for raid. I appreciate your response.
