Is the investigation board still broken? I need to buy the other 2 exotic glaives for my other characters. They haven’t said anything after they mentioned that they’re adding it and then that it was broken.

I'm pretty sure you can only get them as random drops in wellspring. If it makes you feel any better, you're not missing much.
