What's the meta heavy weapon this season?

Can't seem to find the answer on the meta hard hitting heavy weapon. Would love it to be a legendary but I'm sure it's a exotic

Legendary rockets are in a pretty good place right now, especially if a member of your fireteam is running Gally

Two tailed fox has very high total damage per rocket, but it's dps is a bit lower.

If you can get the kills to charge it up, Parasite also hits super hard.

Heavy grenade launchers with explosive light hit pretty hard now after the buff, but I'd hesitate to call them meta.
