Can I only get Duality dungeon rewards once a week?

Everytime I do the dungeon a second time, I never get the rewards after the boss. Is it only a weekly reward thing? Can someone explain the weekly dungeon thing too?

If duality is the weekly featured dungeon it is farmable

The weekly featured dungeon is the one with the pinnacle reward that week that isn't spire

I guess only weekly dungeons are farmable? So spire is the current dungeon that is farmable without being a weekly?
