Im now at 66h playtime and still didnt got any mods for the guns like boss spec and minor spec and so on. How do I get them now a days? Im Banshee rank 12 and didnt got something until now. (Im guardian rank 6)

Look at yr weapon, under weapon mods tier box no 1 is yr masterwork, box no 2 is mod box,all mods were given out near end last season, except raid, dungeon

Go character menu, look at details of your weapon, down under weapon mods

Iirc only all armour mods were given out last season, not weapon mods
You still need to get them from Banshee
