I didn't really play last season at all due to work, and I just saw that exotic and I looked it up, and there's no info on if it's possible to still get it.

check the exotic kiosk in the tower, might be there

I tried that and it wasn't there, same with the weapon crafting place

The mission will be reprised later this year

Along most of the other exotic missions

They're adding a rotator for exotic missions eventually
