Anyone know where to get weapon mods? Looking on YT they say to go get them from either Banshee or Ada-1 however they don't sell those anymore. What's a way to get those mods now?

I cant seem to find out either. if u look in collections it says u get them from rank up packages at the gunsmith but I've collected 9 and received 0 mods so far...

Any like the minor spec, major spec, boss spec, etc
