Are the holster mods bugged?

Im using wilderflight and pairing it with a void holster but it doesnt seem to reload my stowed grenade launcher

Holster mods dont work with special GLs, since it would pretty much just be free Auto-Loading Holster. I guess the new system doesnt make that clear
