Annual Pass Upgrade but no Dungeon Key

So I was really excited for Lightfall and I decided to buy the annual pass upgrade. It’s supposed to give you the dungeon key with your purchase. It’s been a few days and I keep going up to Ikora and Hawthorne and it’s still won’t give me the dungeons. Does anybody know what the issue is? 

But the pass says that it gives you access to duality and spire
