Beat the campaign on normal. Can I still go back and beat the campaign on Legend for the 1770 gear?

How? I dont see any option to play campaign again

You have to go to Neptune and on the left of the map (in director) and click on legend

#

you will restart the campaign but you will still get the gear

#

Could always restart it on a new character

#Did I mess up?
