I seem to have lost a bunch of prime gaming rewards that I have a history of claiming, and I posted on the Help forum but haven't received a response yet since yesterday. Is there somewhere I could submit a ticket?

Any unclaimed Prime Gaming rewards got removed with Ligthfalls Launch unfortunately

I think there is, but it's not like this was unintended. They put warnings out ahead of time, so I doubt you'd get anything back
