Will all shards and aspects be available after you unlock stasis as a new player? Like you can get all through Ikora for the first 3 sub classes?

I finished the campaign, and in order to get aspects and shards I need to finish missions (like the way it used to be).

Not sure if they changed it with Lightfall, but seems like you still have to to missions to unlock all fragments and aspects

What about the Strand? Do you need to do missions to unlock aspects and fragments for it?

you unlock strand through the campaign and then you collect strand meditation to buy the missing fragments
