#Downfall Mission bugged?

In the Clear the Apotheca section, I have killed all the enemies, and shot the four relics, but the fourth relic will not activate to open the door. If I leave, I have to start over. Any suggestions?

Body of the commander was bugged in the door frame... so I restarted and made sure he didnt die there
