I bought the Lightfall Deluxe edition, but have no access to the season pass(es). What do I do?

I bought it from Playstation Store

Ps advised that u delete the game and reinstall due to the pre download been given out when not meant to as it would bug yr system.

I didnt get the predownload thing, I was still able to play the game until the servers actually went down
