I've gotten literally nothing (no shards, exotics, legendaries... literally nothing) out of about 4 legend lost sector chests in a row with the exception of a single enhancement core. Is this normal?

Drop rates for LS lego are kinda trash, so yeah, be prepared for it to happen

Folks have done trials and found the drop rate for the semi-fixed exotics to be in the 20%-25% range iirc

And as you know, low percentage chances tend to work out lower than the raw number suggests they should.
