I have max amount of ascendant shards, what would happen to the unclaim vendor ascendant shards from zavala and stuff when the next season starts? would i lose them or?

Yes, vendors and all loot not picked up from them gets wiped with each new season. Materials in the season pass can be picked up through the app one season behind.
So I can still pick up season of the plunder gear, but once season of the seraph ends I will no longer be able to pick up season of the plunder loot through the app.
I believe there are some ways to pick up loot from even older season passes, but I have never used those.

you can only have 10 in postmaster and 10 in inventory. Impossible to have more

If you’re farming a ton of them, you can “store” more by masterworking exotics and putting them in your vault.
It’s not the best exchange but for every three shards you use you can get one back when you dismantle a piece.
The other options people have listed above are good too. Just make sure your postmaster doesn’t fill up or those mats can get deleted

I kept my horde of engrams and some upgrade modules in postmaster at end of both Season of Haunted & Plunder

I guess if you count Zavala’s emblem that’s true? I still wouldn’t leave anything on there season to season though.
Postmaster is different than actual vendors, that’s what they were asking.
