Does anarchy deal less damage if you dont shoot at the ground once in comparison to just shooting the boss twice with it?

I dont think it does less damage but if its a boss that moves around you wont have very good dps as you wouldnt be hitting it.

No the tick damage is the same, even if both are on the ground, one on the ground one boss, or both boss.

It still makes sense to stick the boss at least once.

Yeah they were just asking if the tick damage changed, and it doesn't.
