Is there a definite way to get high stat armour without seasonal dungeons, and seasonal content. Also preferably no raids. I already have good stats on my hunter but I need em for my titan and warlock.

You could try focusing umbral engrams at faction vendors like Zavala

Come next week umbrals are gone and each vendor will have their own engram drops to be stored & focused/decoded directly

Old dungeons may have some good [pinnacle] armour drops when they're in the weekly rotation. They're solo-able

yeah, I've solo'd a few dungeons. I wonder if vendor engrams in lightfall would give high stat armour too

Weekly WQ missions, Wellspring, Dares of Eternity and Pit of Heresy boss (thats probably the best option)

Pit of heresy is in rotation this week so its farmable (would require shadowkeep)
