and will my Power level be adjust to the max ?

Depends if youre interested in the WQ campaign, the raid, the exotics, the dungeons, the nightfall and other activities. The deluxe version for 20 bucks is a good deal id say.

They havent mentioned the powerlevel yet, but for finishing the WQ campaign you get a full set of powerful armor, not sure if powerlevel gets adjusted with Lightfall

Currently 1350 is the lowest powerlvl if im not mistaken

if the deluxe version is still for sale id pick that one, seasonal content gets removed, but it also includes the dungeons

if youre going for standard wq youd have to buy a dungeon key seperately

not yet, id rather say they add wq to the legacy collection sooner or later
