it's been a minute since I last played but how do I get my weapons attuned? I filled them up and last I remember I gotta take them to some temple that has a table where I can attune them.

You craft weapons at the Enclave. Throne World -> Left on Map
To craft one you need it's pattern.
To get the pattern you need red border (deepsight) drops of that weapon (3 or 5 most the time). Complete the deepsight objective or just delete the weapon to get the progress

After you craft a weapon you level it up with kills and activity completions to unlock more perks for crafting
Note: there is some significant changes coming to crafting in lightfall
mostly to make it more streamlined and a little easier
Though they are reducing the overall amount of weapons that will be craftable moving forward
