why is my powerful gear not giving Upgrade

I've been chilling at 1.595 power for a min and got Multiple power upgrade gear but it's not power upgrade is the same power why

It's based on avg. If you have all 1580 gear your pinnacles will keep being like 1582 until you get your avg to 1581, then they drop at 1583

After 1580 you need pinnacle for the final climb to 1590 not just powerfuls
But don't stress about it too much cause new season in a few weeks
