i dmed my friend to figure out what weapons i should get and he said a Izinagi’s burden + caty i know what izinagi's burden is but what is a caty?

Would say he meant Izanagi (Exotic sniper) and Cataclysm (Legendary Linear Fusion from the VotD raid)

It’s either what the other guy said or he meant to have the catalyst for izanagi’s burden. Catalysts basically give you an extra perk to enhance the functionality on an exotic weapon.
