I think it’s random drop but the real question is why not assassins cowl, omnioculus and gryfalkcons hauberk. That’s where it’s at. For now at least. Liars isn’t as good

I think it's just because Invis is more reliable then the healing that liars gives

I personally think that assasins cowl is boring as hell

And the big damage numbers that liars puts up especially with 1-2 punch are really fun
