#How do you quickly close your fireteam if you're the one being joined on?

HELM has max capacity of 6, Enclave of 3 so you can auto-limit it that way without closing.
If you're in Orbit, just sit on the roster screen with the mouse ready to switch to Fireteam Settings. Once you see the last banner appear on roster switch to settings and quickly close.
If the LFG is very busy there might be at least 1 extra person that gets in if you do it that way, but you can just kick them right away

I like to join into helm even for groups of 3. I look at the bottom of my screen to see the players joining and when I see 2, I’m on the settings page to close fireteam.
