I can't continue shadowkeep without dreambane armor, but I can't redeem my essence of vanity at the lectern to get any because it isn't unlocked yet. I'm sitting at step 5 and am not sure on how to progress from here.

You dont need the armor track the lastest quest and look for a flag that you start a mission on the moon at
