I just got a red border Taipan 4FR and can craft it, it seems to be an rng world drop and I'm not sure if its any good for pve, and will it still be good for light fall? im not sure if i should craft it and if its good.

The current meta is matching heavy element to subclass for font of might, so having cataclysmic/taipan/stormchaser/reeds or fire and forget is the play.
The differences between the lfr’s are overshadowed by font. Next season element matching will be less important, but still nice for burns and shields.
Also crafting is super cheap if you don’t bother with enhanced perks, so you should craft anything that you think you’ll use.
