Dreaming City Bridge

Is there any way to get to the giant bridge on the east side of the city? it is on the map

wait nvm I just realised that is probably just the last wish raid entrance

not quite the entrance, but yeah it's part of the raid

although you sadly don't go on the actual bridge

except for maybe some very complicated glitch

Yeah the game pushes you away when you try to get on top

Looking at videos there seems to be a spot where you can at least look at the bridge from above but thats about it I think

that bridge is part of the raid that is after the first encounter on the way to the 2nd encounter

even as i say its part of the raids its not.
