Transmog Issue

I wanted to transmog the cowboy helmet from Spire of the Watcher on my warlock, but it isn't showing up in the menu to unlock it as an ornament. I've already unlocked and dismantled it. Any ideas? Thanks.

You're in the Appearance customization menu, not the individual armor piece ornament screen?

Make sure to also look on the last page of ornaments because some new ones get pushed there for some reason

It wont show up if you have the same armor piece equipped you're trying to unlock/apply

There have been bugs where certain armor pieces just miss from the menu, but I havent heard of this one so far

Also just as a side note you dont need to dismantle it to unlock it for transmog, it just needs to be unlocked in collections (maybe make sure its there also)

I got the same bug this week with an iron banner cloak. Not appearing as ornament to unlock

and yes it appears in vollections as well

but it just doesn't show up in the menu :/

if you still have the cowboy helmet in your inventory it might fix it to vault it and then re grab it. I had this problem alot with VoD gear
