Haven't touched the game since the beginning of season of the plunder, anything change much, like with pve/pv? Also what should I do to start out again?

I don't do PVP so I cannot speak to that, I think the shotgun changes were pretty big with fixed spread patterns making several much more popular.

For PvE not much changed. Div nerf, linears are still king.

I'd say pinnacle grind, finish out the story, possibly start holding quests for kickstart next season, store materials (golfballs etc)

All mods are unlocked now (other than raid ones) if you didnt already have them all so no more ada, she is selling shaders now I think (or that might me next season)

Agerak hit all the big points.

AE has been vastly improved for primaries so pvp gunplay is much better.

I’d try to grab a primary with joltshot (ikelos smg, sidearm and scout from plunder or auto from ib) since it’s a stronger version of incandescent.
