I spammed legend lost sectors and have gotten repeat exotics of all the legs I already have, but still no grieves. I'm confused.

Are grieves unlocked in your collections? I don’t think that they’re tied to a dlc.

from light.gg you can check any exotic items where they are obtainable form it says, Source: Exotic engrams; extremely rare world drops.
