Exotic glaive confusion

Do I need to get one exotic glaive from wellspring, or can I just buy the other two I need from the evidence board and not care about wellspring since I have one from reverse lure

You're supposed to be able to buy the other 2 at the evidence board after getting one from Wellspring. But I've seen people here say it's not working properly after the whole rollback situation

So you have to get one from wellspring, not get the free one from reverse lure

This is straight from the Twab where they mentioned it:
"Once you unlock the recipe for the first Exotic Glaive, the other class recipes can be purchased by your other characters from the Evidence Board"

yeah but don't you get the reverse Lure quest where you get the recipe for the first exotic glaive?

Its been a year since I did this so I honestly dont really remember in what order and where you got all those quests

well I already have the titan glaive so shouldn't I be able to interact with the evidence board?

did you beat wq campaign on the character youre trying to buy the glaive?

I beat them on all 3

yeah then idk, thats what others have said too, that they cant interact with it

Oh I see. it says on Known issues that some players can't access the evidence board still
