I had the season of the plunder but never started it, am I still able to obtain the questline and do the missions????

Yes you should be able to, until feb 28th

Go to the Eliksni Quarter launched from HELM map, and talk to spider

#

Oh before that theres the opening mission in the HELM also, Salvage and Salvation
