I'm struggling to learn which raids even drop spoils, and whether anything other than KingsFall offers spoil farming

Only the newest raid drops spoils on repeat clears. So right now Kings Fall. Fastest farm is Daughters

I did KF Two weeks ago and heard there is a bug causing spoils to not drop. Is this fixed?
