Have at least 3 solar affinity armour, resilience preferred
Armour combat mods: elemental ordnance, explosive wellmaker, bountiful wells (helps spam elemental wells for upkeep).
Sorry meant elemental ordinance or explosive, but you can do both for kicks lol
Bountiful Wells allows you to stack either (or both)
Last 2 combat armour slots is up to you
Sometimes I choose not to stack with bountiful, and run a well generator + elemental charge + 2 firepower CWL (or 2 heal thyself CWL)
Free slot for anything else (Font of Might for example)
As for weapons, top ones like Witherhoard (especially that one) regenerate grenade ability energy in empowering rift
But healing rift is a better safety net in harder activities (except maybe in soloing, where your rift heals can be outdamaged)
Well of Radiance will also trigger the grenade spam, so have fun. Recommend using solar helmet to use the ashes to assets mod (more super)
Aspects: honestly they're all good enough, even Heat Rises (extra nade charge + fast nade regen = more chances to proc it for heals and gliding)
