i ran legendary seraph and completed all 4 catalyst quests at once but i do not have the catalyst anywhere. doesnt even show up in triumphs. did i bug it by doing all 4 at once?

unless it says "Hunter's Trace IV" on it then you gotta wait til bungie figures out a fix

No I don’t think that will help. They didn’t intend for people to do it all in one run, since it was a weekly quest.
