except those from petra and variks, can we stack weekly bounties each weak or are we restricted to only 1 per character?

Afaik can only hold 1 weekly from each vendor at a time

You just cant hold the exact same bounty twice. Varik's and Petra's weeklies are rotating different bounties. Shaw Han for example always has the same 2 weeklies, so you can hold one of each and thats it. Starhorse is an exception, where it has multiple but you can only have one
