Did WQ campaign on my Warlock. Got my first exotic Glaive. Loaded my Titan and want to grab that one but haven't done the campaign.

Can I be pulled into wellspring by someone else or do I have to finish WQ on my titan?

You should be able to buy the other 2 glaive patterns from the Evidence board since the last update

Can't interact with the Evidence board, most likely because I didn't finish WQ on my titan.

yeah, also if you cant launch Wellspring you cant be taken there

Oh. Apparently I can launch Master wellspring, just not normal

Wasn't sure about being taken since I also can't launch Pit of Heresy but I can be brought in there

Also didn't do Shadowkeep on my titan

but it let me be brought into that one. Figured they might be the same, just didn't want to join a fireteam just to be held up there

Theres some activites where it'll say "Players do not meet the requirements" or something like that when you try to take them in. And im not 100% sure but I think wellspring is one

I mean you can just join an lfg and see if your emblem blinks when they try to start it

So, Turns out, I can enter Master Wellspring and attempt to get it that way. OR I can get it from the evidence board but Bungie has managed to undo that update when they had the big messups earlier this week.
