personally i am a big fan of izenagi, lumina or le monarque from forsaken. If you dont have a forsaken cipher theres isnt too much IMO.

PVE: witherhoard, izanagi, bastion, le monarque, lumina, leviathan’s breath.

PVP: ace of spades, thorn, traveller’s chosen, le monarque, duality, jötunn.

Another good choice. I left off the raid exotics since they’ll take much longer to get than others, but I’d rank this at 3-4 for pvp.
