my gpu runs up to 150 degrees fahrenheit, i have a gtx 1660 super and core i5 11000f, idk if this should be a concerning temperature or not

#

70-80c is normal under load. Anything higher isn't super bad but worth checking out

I get 90 degree temps and I have an I7 and RTX 3060. Then again I am on laptop which of course has bad cooling. So I am balancing precariously at the upper limit

That's definitely not normal for your setup / specs

Clear out dust, check your gpu + case fans (install more), get a better case
