Can I repeat rotational challenges for the triumph?

I’m trying to get the “Raid Runner, Dungeon Diver” triumph completed. I only need the 6 rotational challenges to finish it. So I’m wondering if I could redo the “core four” challenge six times for example?

No you can't, if you do Prophecy and Deep Stone Crypt on all 3 characters once you will get the harder part done
