stareater all the way, even the golden gun with stareater already better than nighthawk

technically Nighthawk is a bit better, because star eater BB still has a bit of casting time, from airtime to casting time to dropping down
you can just pop nighthawk - hipfire shoot it (its pinpoint accuracy dont have to aim it) then continue doing dps
not to mention you need to be going backwards when casting BB because going away from the enemy makes the blades spacing tighter, so theres a chance youll run back to the well on boss dps

put this kinda to rest, 4x stareater + blade barrage does the most damage of the 2.
With that said blade barrrage is what you use for large boss's say taniks. If the boss is smaller like atraks then nighthawk tends to be better option
