Rockets for 1phasing, but you need font of might or else they’re not that good
LMG usage was due to a bug that made one specific lmg proc a volatile rounds explosion on every single bullet, so disregard that

On LFRs, an ammo regen perk (TT or FTTC) and a damage perk (Vorpal, Firing Line, B&S)

Cataclysmic from Vow is the single best dps LFR in the game if you use bait and switch correctly
Taipan, which is free and you get it from a piss-easy quest, is also perfectly usable

No, they don’t matter
Also, aggressive and adaptive frames do about 20% higher dps than precision so you’re better off using one of those and using the tracking module perk if you can’t live without tracking.
And from a boss damage standpoint, reload is the most important stat for just rocket dps and handling is most important for autoload swapping (eg izanagi+rocket) dps

Demolitionist pairs really well with starfire fusion spam or arc titan grenade spam. Basically just shoot, throw grenade to reload, shoot, repeat.

Reload swapping (with izanagi) is shoot x4 honed edge izanagi, reload, swap to rocket and shoot, swap back to izanagi, repeat
Field prep+demo. It’s not the best roll, but it’s an easy arc rocket to get. Blowout is a better arc rocket, but the perk pool is massive and it requires pvp

Impact casing is about a 2% damage increase so nothing to sweat over, but technically the best.
As far as perks on rockets go, you ideally want a reload/mag perk (autoloading, demo, field prep, overflow) and then a damage perk or another mag perk (explosive light, chill clip, frenzy, clown cartridge)
