Farm the Legend Lost Sector on Titan when its Chest day. It's guaranteed to drop exotis you dont have yet

The Moon ones are all slow, all other ones are good

Well you need to grind some power level then, it's the only way to target farm exotics

Yeah there was a major bug with the last hotfix causing people to lose triumphs and catalyst/tracker progress. Bungie is looking for a fix rn. Check out their Twitter account
