Does Resilience Damage Resist work in PVP?

No I don't think so. Pretty sure Resilience still affects how much damage you can take when your health bar goes red

resil affects the hp of the shields part of your health, so total player health ranges from 185 up to 200 hp from 0 to 10 resil, but yes the damage resist is disabled in pvp but not the health bonuses
