Me getting 100 rec wont make a difference?

Unfortunately recovery isn't linear, so the last tier gives the biggest bonus from 34 to 43% and 5s rift Cooldown, but it's not the end of the world, still very good stats

Just in case you didn't know, only every ten points counts, so there's no difference between 90 and 99 recovery

I run like 50 Recovery and its totally fine, a bit unfortunate since the last recovery tier gives the biggest boost, but recovery never really mattered to me anyway
I either use Starfire, where you get your rift back instantly or Voidlock where recovery isnt really necessary either because of devour

Recovery helps warlock with rift regeneration, so if you're dependent on your rift, higher is better
