Would i have to buy the witch queen deluxe upgrade to get those past season passes?

yeah some things in previous expansions you can only do with ownership of the season pass like the calus bobbleheads/sever missions for haunted

#

also you cant bind vestiges from nightmare containment in i believe if you dont own the pass

and just to clarify the absolute only way to get those passes now is with the witch queen deluxe?

if you get deluxe now you wont get the previous levels 1-100 rewards however you should be able to do all of the triumphs
