Is it by doing Legendary Lost Sectors? Or is it all by chance?

I believe best way is to farm Legendary Lost sectors when it's chest. Just keep farming 😄 Today is K1 Logistics lost sector on the moon, so just farm that on titan on legend and u should be good. It's a chance drop btw.
