My Warlock is power level 1606, how can I increase it more since I see for Grandmaster you need min 1610???

If all your gear isnt 1590 yet you can do powerfuls up to 1580 and then pinnacles to reach that.
After that you need to get XP to increase Artifact bonus power

Also for GM you only need 1580 to enter and the maximum power level you benefit from is 1595
