#Lost Sector doesnt show up on the Map and cant chose legendary

I've done the Normal lost sector and i have above 1500power lever. (1533)
What am i doing wrong. I checked the rotation and im at the correct lost sector yet i cant choose legendary

Your power level could be to low recommended is 1570. Or you might need to complete all lost sectors on the planet.
