MXII Moments of Triumph seal

I am trying to unlock the MXII seal. Any tips on how to unlock the recipe for a raid weapon? And how do you do the 6 raid challenges? These two seem to be the hardest things to do.

Each week raid with craftable weapons (DSC, Vow, Kingsfall) will have 1 guarantee red border so you can just get enough spoils to buy each week

About the raid challenge thing, I believe it's just require you complete old raid during pinnacle week or smt like that
